Return Policy
Offline stores
Bloomy sells most of its products through trade sellers.
No matter the reason why you decide to return any items, you are entitled to do it within 14 calendaristic days, from the date of receipt of the package. Before you proceed with your return, please consult the return and refund policy of the retail shop from which you purchased our products.
Do contact us at office@bloomy.ro if any issues arise. We will try our best to solve it if it’s within our power.
Phone or custom order
We strive to avoid manufacturing faulties, however if the product you received is not exactly as you wished, you can return it, free of charge, within 14 calendaristic days, from the date of receipt of the package.
We will refund the value of the returned product by bank transfer to the account of your choice.
Please keep the products you return in the same condition in which they were delivered, without the labels being torn or cut.
Please do not stain or use the products if you have decided that you would like to return them.
Please note that custom made products cannot be returned.

Canceling an order & REFUND
An order can be canceled by contacting us in the next 24 working hours.
The issuing bank will unlock the amount blocked in the client’s account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy
Products can be returned within 14 days form the date they were recieved, only if:
- They were damaged during transport
- There is a lack of satisfaction with the product
The returned products must contain the original packaging and no sign of use. Refund will be done in 14 days after recieving the products, using the same payment method, card refund. Only the value of the product without transport fees is refunded.
Return for free assistance services
Whether you purchased your Bloomy product from a retailer or through our website, you are entitled for 3 services of professional cleaning and repairing during the first 3 years of product use.
Follow the steps to return a product:

Fill out this return form and in the assigned column specify the reason why it has to be cleaned (eg: red wine stain) or repaired.
